Affirming therapy for identity exploration and life transitions

I offer inclusive psychotherapy for people navigating identity, transition, and change. I work with individuals exploring gender and sexual identity, relationship structures, spirituality, and life direction, including queer and transgender clients, non-monogamous and kink-identified communities, and those questioning long-held frameworks. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and non-pathologizing, with respect for autonomy, meaning-making, and the complexity of real lives.

If your concerns are related to specific mental health experiences or diagnoses you might hold, please know that I hold expertise in treatment of:

  • Anxiety and panic
  • Mood disorders
  • Psychosis spectrum disorders (Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Bipolar Disorder with Psychotic Features)
  • Personality patterns leading to challenges in relationship with self and others
  • Trauma
  • Persistent suicidality
